Mantrac created a online event to energise our sales personnel, ensure alignment and equip them with the necessary knowledge and insight to achieve a successful sales year.
For this, we needed visual branding, a new logo and assets to start with. An event page with information, speakers and schedule. The schedule would also work as an asset library after the event where we would upload documents and the clip from the event.
I started with exploring the logo design and making sure it was aligned with our internal intranet branding/site as these would sit together. I animated the logo in After Effect and exported it to Lottiefiles to minimalise the site to be heavy and load time to be less. The animation was also used at the start of the events, during the pause and end of the event.
Creating a background pattern that would work both on web, video and print such as backdrop and make everything feel aligned.
Each day would have different topics and parts of our business. Using existing 3D files I took a more subtle tone and make a futuristic look in glass and gold.
The website worked as an invitation and to make the business aware of the event. Featuring key speakers, a schedule and a countdown. After the event, this would work as an asset library to find each presentation both in video and PowerPoint presentions.
